How do you pronounce LauChanz?LauChanz is pronounced Law-Shanz. It is the combination of the names of the mum and daughter who founded this business.

What are your opening times?Monday - Friday: 9am - 2:30pm Saturday and Sunday: CLOSED

Where do you ship to?At the moment we currently ship to UK Mainland only.

What are your shipping rates?Standard delivery ( 2- 4 working days): £3.99 First Class Delivery (1 - 2 working days): £4.99 We offer free delivery when you spend over £35 with standard delivery times.

Do you offer same day delivery?No, sorry we do not offer this service right now.

When will my order be shipped?We aim to ship your order within 1-2 days after it has been processed.

How do I track my order?We use a tracked service so once your order has been packed and shipped out for delivery, you will be given a tracking number. The tracking number will be sent to the email you used to purchase your order.

Can I change my shipping address?You can change your shipping address by contacting us as soon as possible at lauchanz@outlook.com. If order has already been dispatched we cannot change this.

My order is a gift - do you include the price information in the packaging?At checkout you have the option to select 'Send as a gift'. We will not send any price information in the packaging.

Can I cancel or edit my order?Once your order has been dispatched you cannot cancel your order. Personalised or custom orders cannot be cancelled. If you need to cancel or edit your order, please contact us straight away at lauchanz@outlook.com with your order number and we will do our best to help you out.

Do you accept returns?Yes we do accept returns on most items. Customers have 14 days to return their unwanted, unused and unopened items to us. Please contact us at lauchanz@outlook.com to start the return process. Please visit our shipping and returns policy page to find out more information and which items cannot be returned.

Do you offer refunds?Yes, we offer refunds on most items that have been returned to us in their original packaging, unopened and unused. Jewellery cannot be refunded for hygienic reasons.
