Welcome to LauChanz! Our shipping policy is designed to provide you with the best possible delivery options. We ensure that your orders are carefully packaged and delivered to you in a timely manner. We aim to keep our shipping costs as low as possible while maintaining the highest standards.
We use Royal Mail Tracked services to deliver our goods to you.

Standard shipping (2 - 4 working days): £3.99
First Class (1 to 2 working days): £4.99

Free shipping over £35 with standard delivery.

Deliveries are Monday to Saturday.

Once delivery is out of our office we are not responsible for any unforeseen delays as this can sometimes happen, if you have any problems with your delivery please contact us and we will do our best to resolve any issues.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
At LauChanz, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order for any reason, we offer a straightforward return and exchange policy. We believe in making the process easy for our customers, ensuring that you can shop with confidence.

Please contact us with your order number to return any unwanted items within 14 days of original purchase at lauchanz@outlook.com.

Items returned after 14 days will be refunded via store credit.

LauChanz accepts returns on items in original packaging, unopened and unused.
Customer is responsible for the cost of returning goods unless it is faulty.

If items have not been returned in original packaging or have been opened or used, a refund will not be issued.

Non Refundable​
Some of our items are not refundable.
Items such as earrings, body piercings and hair accessories cannot be returned to us for hygienic reasons.
Customised items cannot be returned or exchanged. Unless they are faulty.
